Gray Diamond
Our journey began nearly 25 years ago with the establishment of our farm, surrounded by forests and mountains near the Caspian Sea. Led by a professional management team and supported by a skilled workforce, we have adopted advanced aquaculture techniques to cultivate and harvest sturgeon caviar in controlled environments. This method not only preserves natural sturgeon populations but also fosters healthier habitats, enhancing the quality of our caviar.
Our aquaculture farm thrives in a pristine environment. We utilize crystal-clear water sourced from natural springs in the nearby mountains, which is meticulously monitored and regulated daily to ensure the optimal habitat for our sturgeons. By carefully monitoring water quality and temperature, we have significantly improved the quality of our caviar and prevented contamination by microorganisms. Additionally, our rigorous control over rearing conditions allows us to produce high-quality caviar that rivals wild-caught varieties. We accurately determine the age and maturation stages of our sturgeons, ensuring we harvest the finest eggs at the perfect time, thus guaranteeing a superior product. Our commitment to health and quality is reflected in our use of the highest quality feed, the avoidance of growth hormones and antibiotics, and the exclusive use of salt as a preservative.
Our farm is home to four distinct sturgeon species: the Iranian Huso Huso sturgeon (beluga), the Siberian sturgeon (baerii), sevruga and Russian sturgeon (Osetra). We carefully select eggs from these species at harvest, ensuring each tin is packed with the highest quality caviar. To maintain optimal freshness, all our caviar is shipped in thermosafe boxes.
At Gray Diamond, we are dedicated to delivering seafood excellence, ensuring our customers receive products of unparalleled quality and taste. We strive to offer our finest selection at competitive prices, adhering to all food safety regulations and protocols.
